- Delivery Areas: We currently offer delivery within Mumbai. If you are located outside our delivery area, please contact us to inquire about possible arrangements.
- Processing Time: Same day delivery available only for orders before 3P.m.

- Within Mumbai: Typically, delivery will take between 3-4hours depending on your location.
- Delivery Charges: We charge a nominal delivery fee based on your location. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
- Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders over 1000.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification for delivery status.
- Packaging: All our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, please note that our products are delicate and perishable, so immediate consumption is recommended.

1. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any orders once they have been delivered. Since all of our desserts are perishable and time-sensitive, we cannot take them back once they are delivered.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, we want to make it right. Please follow the instructions below:
- Time Frame: You must notify us within 4 hours of receiving your order.
- Proof of Issue: Kindly provide photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect items, along with your order number, to our customer service team.
- Once the order is delivered, make sure to check your order. If there are any issues with the same, immediately notify us on our contact number or email. Make sure to inform us within 1 hour of receiving the order about any issues. We will not assume responsibility for how products are stored or react to storage after delivery. We will further look into the same and if any errors or issues are found, we will offer you “online store credit.
- Resolution Options:
- Replacement: We will offer a replacement of the damaged or incorrect item(s) at no additional cost.
- Refund: If the product cannot be replaced, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
3. Refund Process
- Eligibility: Refunds are only available for items that were damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Non-refundable Items: Custom or special orders (such as large or personalized cakes) and promotional items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect.
- Refund Method: If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds may take 8-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, we can accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing the order, before the item has been dispatched. After this time, cancellation may not be possible due to the perishable nature of the products.
